徐远国,教授,博士生导师。中国化学会会员,中国感光学会会员。2013年毕业于江苏大学环境工程专业,获工学博士学位。现主要从事无机材料制备及其光电催化性能研究:等离子体型光催化材料,非金属光催化剂,磁性可回收光催化剂的设计与合成,能源催化材料的设计等。已在Nature Communications, Angewandte Chemie-International Edition, Nano Energy, Applied Catalysis B-Environmental, Advances in Colloid and Interface Science, Chemical Engineering Journal, Journal of Hazardous Materials, Chinese Journal of Catalysis等期刊发表SCI收录论100余篇。
指导和协助指导博士研究生毕业7人(其中外籍博士生3人),中国4名博士目前均在大学工作,两名中国博士获得国家奖学金并获批校优秀博士毕业论文,两名外籍博士1人获批校优秀博士毕业论文;指导和协助指导硕士研究生毕业18人(其中外籍1人),3人获批优秀硕士毕业论文。
