Dr.Hiromichi Ohta is a professor at Hokkaido University in Japan. He has long been engaged in research and development in the areas of functional film growth, thermoelectric materials , and optoelectronic devices. He has led and participated in 16 major research projects funded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). Additionally, he has established long-term collaborations with companies such as Mitsubishi, Sumitomo, Tatematsu, and Asahi Glass, resulting in a series of original achievements in materials for display panel transistors, 2D thermoelectric materials, and optoelectronic materials.
On 29th May morning Dr.Hiromichi Ohta gave an academic Lecture in the lecture hall, and the title was Film growth of functional oxide thin films and their applications towards optoelectronics and thermoelectric. New energy industries The lecture focused on the important role of thin film materials in the development of thermoelectric and optoelectronic materials and devices. It specifically introduced advanced oxide-based thin film material preparation techniques based on pulse laser deposition and reactive solid-phase epitaxy.
