On December 10th, Dr. Masahiro Yamashita, Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry, a professor of Tohoku University in Japan gave a splendid report on Frontier of Quantum Molecular Spintronics Based on Single-Molecule Quantum Magnets: Toward Green IT Devices. During the seminar, professor Yamashita introduced the recent research progress in synthesis and application of Phthalocyaninato Lanthanide(III) Complexes. Professor Yamashita provided
detailed reports about the synthesis and control of structures of single-molecule magnets composed of multiple-decker phthalocyaninato lanthanide(iii) complexes from both theory and practice in quantum molecular spintronics. Teachers and graduates of Jiangsu University were present at the seminar.
