On May 8, 2024, the school of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering held the paper-cutting activity in 306, graduate school building. There are more than 60 students participated in the activity, and including 35 overseas students.

Through the introduction of paper-cutting art introduction, paper-cut video appreciation, PPT introduction and on-site experience and display, this activity takes everyone to appreciate the Chinese paper-cutting culture with a long history, experiencing the inheritance of thousands of traditional customs, popular science cultural knowledge, and enhance everyone's understanding of paper-cut culture. The paper-cut cultural activity with "cutting out the historical charm, entering the wind of The Times" as the theme, through sharing, appreciation, experience and other ways, deepen the sincere friendship between Chinese and foreign graduate students, feeling the colorful paper-cut culture, appreciating the charm of a different traditional culture.
