World Mental Health Day
On the 10th of October we observe World Mental Health Day. On this special day we raise awareness on how they are many people still suffering in silence because of the stigma attached to mental health and how we have got to completely obliterate that. Whether an illness affects your heart, leg or brain there should be no distinction and we should all be kind and understanding to each other.
The diseases of the mind include not just those that can be seen on a CT scan or through physical injury, but also those that cripple us in our everyday lives…through fear, anxiety and so much more.
Our minds are always working every second and that’s why like seedlings, they need love, care, attention and we should all treat our mental health with the utmost priority.
