Paying attention to epidemic prevention and control, we must adhere to the quality requirements, strengthen management and strengthen supervision. Thefollowing conditions have been arranged for thesis submission:
1. In June 2020, 208 postgraduate students studying in Jiangsu University,currently 141 in China and 67 abroad will submit their dissertation for trial.
2. The deadline for doctoral students' dissertation to be submitted to the University's degree office is April 23 (the school needs to finish the open review before submitting the degree Office); the deadline for master students' papers to be submitted to the University's degree office is May 11.
3. Dissertation submitted for examination and approval shall be submitted by the college. For students who are unable to return to school due to epidemic prevention and control, the college will send electronic version of materials required for examination to the students to fill in, and the secretary or tutor team is responsible for printing. If the student training manual has been filled in, it can also be scanned, and the College will sign and seal after collection.
4. Materials required for thesis submission:
1. Transcript
2. HSK Certificate (students of 2017 and before need to provide hsk2 certificate, and students of 2018 need to provide hsk3 certificate. If students do not have HSK certificate for the time being, they can also submit their dissertation for review, and they can only collect their graduation certificate and degree certificate after the submission of HSK certificate when they graduate).
3. Training Manual (the manual must be filled in completely, with fully filled， signed and stamped).
4. Academic card (master: at least 10 times. PhD: at least 15 times)
5. Basic information form of education background and degree (must be signed and scanned) in Excel electronic version
6. Dissertation information form: the first level discipline code (4 digits) should correspond to the first level discipline name (Chinese), the second level discipline code (6 digits) should correspond to the second level discipline name; the Chinese title of the dissertation should be necessary; the research direction should be in Chinese and very important, and the research direction should be as simple as possible, if there are multiple research directions (preferably not more than three)and keywords must be separated with semicolons（ less than 5 keywords）
7. Published papers: Articles must be indexed by SCI, cpci-s / issh and SSCI need to provide proof with wos number that can be found on the web of science; Articles indexed by EI need to provide pages indexed by EI with access Number page; published journal papers with journal name, title, page number, author ranking, author unit certification materials; employed papers need to provide sealed employment notice (if it is email or onlineemployment, it needs to be signed by the tutor for confirmation); patent awards, participation
projects and other certification materials need to have query information and ranking
8. Plagiarism report (scanning copy signed by the Secretary)
9. Dissertation for blind trial (PDF) (Cannot include your or supervisor name)
10. Review opinions evaluated by experts in respective faculty (Internal review) (electronic
version signed by experts) - Only for PhD Students
